If you are looking to return your boots you will need to pay for the shipping. Please email info@1991boots.com and we will provide return instructions.
Returns
How do I return?
Footwear must include all of the original packaging, along with clean and unused tote bag and be returned in it's original condition no later than 14 days. Please email us at info@1991boots.com and we will provide return instructions.
14 Days to Return
We want you to love your boots! Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging. Any returns made after 14 days, boots will be returned for store credit only.

Exchanges
We will gladly offer exchanges for the same color/price within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Because we make our boots small batch your size may not be available in the same boot.
To request an exchange, please email info@1991boots.com with the size you need. we will check our stock. if the size of exchange is in stock — Once the item has been received, we will send you the new item. if your item is not in stock we will let you know immediately. We can offer an exchange in what our stock is or offer store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

Are you using the boots for a photoshoot or styling?
We know a lot of stylists and photographers want product for photoshoots and for styling. A lot of these items get returned after one use. If this is the case please contact us directly at info@1991boots.com. We may lend you a pair of boots for this type of project if the creative direction is in line with our brand.
Phone Accessories are NOT returnable
BECAUSE WE USE A THIRD PARTY FOR OUR PHONE ACCESSORIES, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE PHONE CASE. If your phone case has a printing issue please contact us directly at info@1991boots.com and we will fix this issue for you.

Hats can be returned after 14 days
Hats must be hardly worn and in perfect condition. We will have you send these directly to our warehouse. Please email us to inquire more about your return.
