What is your standard delivery time? 

We keep boots in stock and also offer pre-orders. If your selection is in stock you will receive your boots in 6-10 business days. Overnight and expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. If your selection and size is not currently available the wait time depends on the pre-order you purchased. How do your 1991 Boots fit? 

Our Boots are in women's sizes & fit true to your regular American shoe size.

If you are a half size please round up in the size of your boot. If you are a half size and size up we do recommend buying an insert for your boots.

What is vegetable tanned dyed leather?

Leather tanning is the process of taking an animal hide and treating it to create leather. Vegetable tanned leather is leather that is tanned using natural tannins from trees. The natural tannins used in vegetable tanning bind to protein structures in the hide, stabilize its fiber structure, and prevent decay. Leather can be tanned with natural tannins, or with toxic chemicals, instead of tree tannins.

Vegetable tanned leather is safe for the environment, leatherworkers, and you.

Having a problem with your boots?

If any premature wear due to manufacturing errors should occur please send us an email directly at info@1991boots.com and we will do everything we can to fix this issue.

What happens if my boots arrive with bent leather?

Because vegetable tanned dyed leather is so soft, it takes shape really easily. Sometimes within the packaging the leather will fold due to how the boots are packaged within the box. Don’t worry! They won’t be like this forever. The leather will mold to your leg as you wear them. We also suggest standing them straight up and stuffing a mug or cup in the boot to let the leather mOld before wear.
